About ACI United

ACI United operates the Response Intelligence Network — live incident detection, automated claims intake, and AI lead routing that connect licensed public adjusters with property owners. ACI is building a national network of local Chapters, each led by a Chapter President.

Chapter President is an executive opportunity for licensed professionals. For candidates with no license yet, the Workforce Academy is a structured licensing training pipeline; for adjusters already licensed, it sharpens estimating, negotiation, and large-loss skills. Policyholders reach the network through automated claims intake, and each claim is assigned to a licensed professional by territory, capacity, and specialty.

WHY JOIN — HOW YOU SCALE WITH xACI
01

Step 1 — Plug Into the Lead Flow and Tech Edge

From day one, you work inside the Response Intelligence Network. Live incident detection monitors storms, fires, and property events as they happen; automated claims intake converts affected policyholders into structured, qualified files; and intelligent lead routing assigns each claim to the right licensed professional by territory, capacity, and specialty. You inherit on day one the pipeline traditional adjusters spend a career trying to build — plus a personal network portal site that puts your name on every claim you touch.

02

Step 2 — Work Both Sides of the Mission: Advocacy and Enterprise

ACI United members operate alongside two distinct organizations, and the separation is the point. Unified Public Advocacy is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit whose mission is policyholder education and advocacy — the consumer-trust standard-bearer of the network. ACI is the professional, for-profit adjusting enterprise where licensed careers are built. Members serve the mission through the nonprofit's advocacy work and build their business through the professional side — with clean lines between the two, because in this industry, integrity is a competitive advantage.

03

Step 3 — Get Licensed and Trained Through the Workforce Academy

No license yet? The Workforce Academy is a structured licensing training pipeline: state-specific pre-licensing preparation, exam readiness, and field mentorship under experienced public adjusters. Already licensed? The Academy sharpens estimating, negotiation, and large-loss skills, and prepares you for reciprocal licensing so your career isn't capped at one state line. Every credential is yours — earned, state-issued, and portable.

04

Step 4 — Scale: Territory Distribution and Team Overrides

Proven producers earn territory distribution rights — priority claim routing within defined markets through the network — and the ability to recruit, train, and lead their own team of adjusters. Team builders earn overrides on the production of the professionals they develop, turning individual output into organizational growth. The ceiling isn't a book of business; it's a network of them.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a traditional independent adjuster and holding an ACI territory?

A traditional independent adjuster sources their own claims, builds their own systems, and starts from zero in every market. An ACI territory holder receives priority claim distribution within a defined market through the Response Intelligence Network — with automated claims intake, AI lead routing, and back-office support already built. The difference is infrastructure: one adjuster hunts, the other harvests.

How does the AI lead routing pipeline work for public adjusters?

The Response Intelligence Network begins with live incident detection — monitoring property-damage events in real time. Automated claims intake then captures and structures policyholder information, and the routing engine assigns each qualified claim to a licensed adjuster based on territory, license status, capacity, and specialty. Members see assigned claims in their network portal and engage policyholders directly.

Can I build a recruiting team under the ACI United umbrella?

Yes. Team building is a core career track. Qualified members recruit candidates into the Workforce Academy's licensing training pipeline, mentor them through state licensing, and lead them in the field. Team leaders earn overrides on their team's production and can grow toward multi-territory leadership. Advancement is production-based — leadership is earned by building adjusters, not by signing them up.

Do I need a public adjuster license to join?

You need a state license to adjust claims — that's the law, and it's non-negotiable. But you don't need one to start: the Workforce Academy exists to take committed candidates from unlicensed to state-licensed through structured pre-licensing training and exam preparation. Already-licensed adjusters can onboard directly into claim flow.
